Contact · The Workflow Diagnostic
Tell us what you want to improve.
You do not need to know the technical solution. Describe how the work happens today — what arrives, what gets retyped, where it ends up. That is the whole brief.
What happens next
Describe it once. We take it from there.
The more ordinary the description, the better. “Every Monday someone copies the weekend orders into Excel” tells us more than any technical specification.
We read it
Your description goes straight to Calvin — the engineer who would build the system, not a sales inbox.
A 20-minute call
We ask how often it happens, who touches it, and what it costs. Nothing to prepare.
The free workflow review
An honest verdict: automate it, simplify it, or leave it alone. If it isn’t worth building, we say so.

Before you write
Common hesitations, answered.
“I don’t know what’s technically possible.”
That part is our job. You describe the work in plain language; we map it to what software and automation can honestly do — and tell you plainly when they can’t. The diagnostic form deliberately asks about the work, not the technology.
“My process is messy — I’m not sure I can describe it.”
A process that grew inside a working business is supposed to look messy. Describe it in the order it actually happens, exceptions included — the mess is exactly the information we need. If it were tidy, you probably wouldn’t be writing.
“Is my problem too small?”
Small, repetitive problems are the best starting point: tight scope, fixed price, quick validation. A task that takes 30 minutes a day is roughly 120 working hours a year. And if it genuinely is too small to justify building anything, the workflow review is where we say so — for free.
“What if you tell me it isn’t worth automating?”
Then you’ve spent twenty minutes and gained a clear answer. The review is free precisely so that “no” is an acceptable outcome for both sides. We would rather decline a build than deliver one that doesn’t pay for itself.
“Do I need to prepare documents first?”
No. An example spreadsheet, quotation or PDF helps — that’s what the optional attachment field is for — but a plain written description is enough to start. We’ll ask for specifics on the call if we need them.
Every engagement starts with the free Workflow Review. The first paid step — if there is one — is the Workflow Blueprint from RM 2,250, credited toward the build. Every build is scoped before a fixed quote is issued.
